If you recently moved in, or will do so soon, you are asked to register for a free account on this website. Access to this website as a Member/Resident, ensures that you will receive the latest updates and announcements from the GOJ HOA.
Utilities and Service
The monthly HOA dues cover the following: bills for shared uses of gas, trash, water, sewer, general maintenance and repairs to the buildings and grounds, HOA insurance policies, and the upkeep of the garden and common areas.
New Residents should contact Georgia Power to enable electricity monitoring and billing to their unit. Residents are also responsible for their own cable + internet + phone services.
Contacting the HOA Board of Directors
This website contains the methods of communication among the HOA Board of Directors, the Property Manager, Owners, and Residents of the Gardens on Jones community. Only official correspondence via this website (via Maintenance Request or Contact Us) or emails sent to GardensOnJones@gmail.com will be addressed. Likewise, messages from the Board and/or Property Manager will be sent via this website, (as an announcement or information added to another page), or from our email, unless the situation requires other means of communication.
GOJ Property Manager
Paul Emmons, GOJ Property Manager, will be handling the day to day upkeep of the property, as well as addressing maintenance issues. The primary form of communication for residents to reach the PM will be through the Maintenance Request function of this website. To submit a Maintenance Request, click the link on the left menu.
