Are There Any Units For Sale?
How Many Units Are There and Who Manages Them?
There are 36 units at GOJ. Each owner has a 1/36th stake in the common areas of the Association (HOA). While the community is managed by the HOA Board of Directors, they contract out certain aspects of work to maintain it all. Contracts include property management and oversight, landscaping, elevator service, pest control, cleaners, and others.
How Much are the HOA Dues and What Do They Cover?
HOA dues are $350 per month, payable to The Gardens on Jones. They are due the first of every month and are considered late after the 10th. A $10 fee will be added for all late checks. A $35 fee will be added for returned checks. The monthly HOA dues cover the following: bills for shared uses of gas, trash, water, sewer, general maintenance and repairs to the buildings and grounds, HOA insurance policies, and the upkeep of the garden and common areas.
Parking
GOJ is fortunate to have secured, covered, underground parking on the premises. Each Unit has one designated parking spot near their unit entrance/elevator. Free visitor parking is available for visitors only on a first-come-first-served basis. There are also several public parking meters surrounding GOJ.
